HyperTune is distributed by East Coast Science, LLC. This policy outlines data privacy practices for HyperTune.
Hardware Readings & Preferences
HyperTune samples CPU, memory and kernel statistics on your Mac and holds chart history in memory. Preferences are saved using macOS UserDefaults. No analytics or advertising tracking integration was found in the reviewed application source.
Network Permission & DNS Settings
HyperTune's App Store configuration operates entirely offline within the App Sandbox and requests zero network entitlements. The application contains no feature sending data off the Mac.
The Network Configuration screen displays DNS resolver guidance; modifying system-wide DNS resolvers is disabled within the App Store sandbox and can be configured directly in macOS System Settings.

iCloud & Support Communications
Preferences are stored locally using macOS UserDefaults. No iCloud key-value-store or CloudKit entitlements are requested. If you email support, your address and message are shared with the support mailbox.
