HyperCPU Privacy Policy
HyperCPU is distributed by East Coast Science, LLC. This policy describes data handling for the HyperCPU application.
Hardware Readings & Local Storage
HyperCPU processes hardware readings on your Mac. Its local relay can write readings, hardware details and your Mac's hostname to local files for companion software such as Voight, subject to macOS permissions. This is local sharing between software on your Mac, not an upload to east coast science, llc.
Network Access & Data Collection
The App Store configuration enables App Sandbox and requests neither incoming nor outgoing network access. The reviewed application source has no feature that uploads readings to the developer, and no analytics or advertising tracking integration was found. Preferences are stored locally using macOS UserDefaults. No iCloud key-value-store or CloudKit entitlements are requested.
